Courtney Carrozza Dampman was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Psychology.

My Story

Courtney entered the Real Estate world to create the life of her dreams and hasn’t looked back. Courtney loves helping others. With real estate, Courtney is grateful to have the ability to make a difference in her clients’ lives. Her mission is to make sure that all of her clients have a seamless experience and to form lasting relationships that extend beyond the closing table.

Since becoming a licensed realtor, Courtney was awarded her office's "Rookie of the Year" for 2021. She was also awarded the title of "Rising Star Real Estate Agent" by Five Star Professional in 2022.

Prior to real estate, Courtney spent 15 years working with people in the hospitality industry. She brings with her a passion for people, a friendly personality and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Courtney still currently resides in Delaware County. She spends her free time with friends, family and two adorable pups. Her hobbies include fitness, cooking and Philadelphia sports.
