Monique DeLuca Moffett was born and raised in Delaware County. She is a graduate of University of the Arts located in Philadelphia, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Vocal Performance & Jazz Studies.

My Story

Always curious about real estate, Monique took the leap in and obtained her license in July of 2021. Monique wanted to have the ability to help others as she had done in the medical field which allows her to lead with compassion, understanding and grace needed for such an emotional journey. With a background in construction she is able to go the extra mile with questions or concerns within a home. Monique uses her arts background for creativity in marketing and offer writing. My priority is a smooth and comfortable process for each and every client!
